Danish Rye Bread (Rugbrød)
For St Charles pickup or Tri-City delivery on Tuesdays and Sundays.
Naturally leavened (i.e. sourdough) Danish Rye made with organic whole rye, organic rye chops and seed blend (flax, pumpkin, sunflower). A formidable loaf. Perfect for smørrebrød (i.e. open-face sandwiches). Each loaf is baked in a double loaf pan and then cut in halves for sell. Resulting loaves are 8" x 4" x 4".
This product was produced in a home kitchen not subject to public health inspection that may also process common food allergens.
