Please note that all products are prepared in a home kitchen that is not subject to a home inspection and may contain allergens such as gluten, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and wheat.
Cancellations:Â No refunds will be provided for orders that are cancelled within 7 Days of the scheduled pickup or delivery. All cancellation refunds are subject to a 50% fee: What A Delightful Treat will retain 50% of the price of the order to cover costs incurred to initiate your order. Customers will receive credit to use up to 3 months. For 3 days or less, you have up to 2 hours to cancel your order after placing it.
Refund policy:Â Due to the nature of being a consumable product, there are no refunds or exchanges. If you have a complaint and it's my error, please contact me immediately by phone, text or email. I will try my best to resolve the issue. I will need any uneaten portion returned back to me within 24 hours. I will inspect the product and if I do find it within reason I will give up to a 75% credit towards your next order to use within 3 months. If I do not receive the product back or within the 24 hours, no credit will be issued. Also, This is A "TAKE IT" or "LEAVE IT" Policy. Which means you will not be able to keep the product. If you want the product back, you will NOT get any credit. Please Note: I do not provide refunds in cases where a product(s) was prepared correctly but a flavor, texture or color did not meet a personal preference. No Cash/Money refunds. No Exceptions!!
