This item is made to order. Please allow 1-2 days for completion. Please enter your preferred date of pick up or delivery in the notes section, during the checkout process.
My hours are Tuesday through Saturday 9:00 to 4:30. I am closed Sunday and Monday. (Exception of event or holiday) Orders may be picked up or delivered Wednesday through Saturday (exception of the event). You are more than welcome to put in an order on Sunday or Monday, but it will not be started until Tuesday.

Please note that all products are prepared in a home kitchen that is not subject to a home inspection and may contain allergens such as gluten, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and wheat.
Cancellations: No refunds will be provided for orders that are cancelled within 7 Days of the scheduled pickup or delivery. All cancellation refunds are subject to a 50% fee: What A Delightful Treat will retain 50% of the price of the order to cover costs incurred to initiate your order. Customers will receive credit to use up to 3 months. For 3 days or less, you have up to 2 hours to cancel your order after placing it.
Refund policy: Due to the nature of being a consumable product, there are no refunds or exchanges. If you have a complaint and it's my error, please contact me immediately by phone, text or email. I will try my best to resolve the issue. I will need any uneaten portion returned back to me within 24 hours. I will inspect the product and if I do find it within reason I will give up to a 75% credit towards your next order to use within 3 months. If I do not receive the product back or within the 24 hours, no credit will be issued. Also, This is A "TAKE IT" or "LEAVE IT" Policy. Which means you will not be able to keep the product. If you want the product back, you will NOT get any credit. Please Note: I do not provide refunds in cases where a product(s) was prepared correctly but a flavor, texture or color did not meet a personal preference. No Cash/Money refunds. No Exceptions!!
Pick up: Once the product(s) is picked up it will be considered accepted. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves my property as I am not responsible for any damage occurring to any desserts during transport, setup or anytime thereafter.
