Spots On The FOX is thrilled to highlight our most recent Vendor Incentive Winner: Wendy Spencer, the creative cookie artist behind Forget Me Not Cookies.

Established in March 2015, the Yorkville-based Forget Me Not Cookies is a small business focused on celebrating life’s special (or just-because) moments with cookies and treats. Through Forget Me Not Cookies, Wendy aims at helping others—not only through the celebration and enjoyment of delicious cookies but also through interactive cookie classes and giving back to the community.

Cookies and More

On Spots On The FOX, Forget Me Not Cookies offers custom and seasonally decorated sugar cookies—Wendy’s favorites because they let her be creative with the decoration—as well as all-occasion cookie cakes, macarons, cookie kits and paint-your-own cookies, drop cookies of all kinds, and now even lactation cookies for nursing moms.

In addition to all the scrumptious treats available, Forget Me Not Cookies also offers interactive cookie classes (both virtually and in-person), such as the Mom & Me “Build Your Own Pizza” Cookie Class.

Forget Me Not on the FOX

To dig a little deeper, we asked Wendy a bit more about her Spots On The FOX experience, and here’s what we learned.

What has been you experience so far being a Spots On The FOX vendor? “I have absolutely loved my experience [on Spots On The FOX]. I have found they are so attentive to answering my questions very quickly and helping me find a way to get something created, if needed, to make the entire experience best for my customers. I’d recommend anyone try Spots On The FOX out!”

How did you get the most sales for this incentive? “I simply shared my current product offerings regularly, shared the incentive on my social media and email, and, in my VIP customer group, I gave them a one-day early preview of my end-of-school cookies the last day of the incentive. I find often that when you share how others can help, if they want to help, they will! I have the most amazing customers and feel so blessed!”

Impacting the Local Community

Even better, Forget Me Not Cookies is even on-brand with its no-show pickup policy that still helps others. Wendy wants customers to get the cookies they order when they need them, but because they are best enjoyed fresh, anyone failing to pick up their cookies within 24 hours of the agreed-upon time forfeits the order, and the cookies are donated to local families in need. How sweet it is to make delicious treats and care for the community!

Wendy looks forward to helping you with your next sweet treat from Forget Me Not Cookies. Check out her shop at https://spotsonthefox.com/forget-me-not-cookies/. Have a SWEET day!
